How to make pasta gratin in the oven

Who doesn't like a good baked pasta gratin? With this tasty and delicious vegetarian version you will satisfy the whole family.

Gratin pasta is an excellent idea for a weekend family meal, it can be prepared in advance and while we have an appetizer and receive our guests, the pasta is baked in the oven.

Instructions
 

  • 1. The first thing will be to prepare the vegan or normal bolognese, (the ideal is to have it made in advance)
    TIP: when I prepare lasagna, canalones and stuffed pasta, I take the bolognese out of the freezer the day before and let it thaw in the fridge
    2. While the water is heating to cook the pasta, we prepare the bechamel with Parmesan cheese (if we have it made in advance much better)
    3. Mix a little bechamel to the bolognese until we create a creamy sauce
    4. Transfer the filling to a disposable pastry bag
    5. Fill the pasta that we previously cooked and drained very al dente and place it with the filling side up in a dish greased with a little bechamel
    6. On top we finish with a little béchamel and finely grated grana padano or parmesan
    7. Bake au gratin in a hot oven at 180 °C / 356 °F for 20/25 minutes until the desired gratin is achieved
    TIPS: the stuffed pasta can be prepared in advance and kept covered in the fridge, so that the day of the meal we only have to gratin it
