Instructions
 

  • 1. To cut the foie I recommend freezing it half an hour beforehand, this way it will be much easier to cut foie flakes / shavings
    2. We crush the corn kikos, they should be thick and small pieces, they will provide a very nice crunchy texture to our salad
    3. Place the chosen salad mix in a bowl, dress with the homemade mango vinaigrette, mix well
    4. Add the chopped kikos and mix
    5. place a portion of salad in the center of the plate, sprinkle with a little more ground kikos, place the freshly corded foia shavings
    6. Finish with a little more mango vinaigrette (we can add a little balsamic reduction to add a little more zing to our salad)
    7. Good appetite
