How to make creamy risotto with cheese and white truffle

Creamy RISOTTO with WHITE TRUFFLE, it is a very simple recipe to prepare that our guests will like.

To make this recipe we will use an excellent quality butter flavored with white truffle that we will use to butter the risotto together with a good 24-month-old Parmesan cheese and decorate it with some crunchy cheese popcorn 😋

  • 1. Heat a saucepan with high sides and toast the rice for
    2. minutes mixing without stopping while watching that no grain of rice burns
    3.We can add a glass of white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate or continue directly with the homemade vegetable broth
    4. Add the hot homemade broth little by little and continue cooking over medium heat, mixing from time to time
    5. 1 minute before the time indicated on the rice package we test the cooking point (it has to be al dente)
    6. Turn off the heat and add the white truffle butter and Parmesan cheese and mix quickly
    7. We let the risotto rest without stirring for 2/3 minutes. We serve the finished dish with some delicious cheese popcorn
