  • 1. Cook the tagliolini in abundant salted water for 2/3 minutes
    2. WE PREPARE THE GANACHE: we chop the chocolate and put it in a not very big pot, add the cream and heat over medium heat while stirring constantly, once we get a smooth and homogeneous cream we can use it.
    3. We place our tagliolini in the center of the plate, some raspberries around it and when serving we pour the hot chocolate ganache on top and finish with toasted almonds chopped with a knife.
