  • 1. We start with two sheets of transparent film, on the table we will place five slices of bread slightly overlapping one on top of the other and with a rolling pin we crush it delicately
    2. with the help of a spatula we will put a little mayonnaise and distribute it all over the sliced ​​bread
    3. Next we add tuna, cut green olives, semi / dry tomato and capers
    4. Press well with your hands so that all the ingredients are compacted
    5. We will start from the outermost edge stretching the transparent film, rolling up the sliced ​​bread, continuing to press simultaneously, it is very important to press the final edges well, we close them like a candy
    6. We will keep the roll and the fridge for at least 2 hours, it can be perfectly prepared the day before
    7. For the second roll we use the same process with a rolling pin we crush the slices of bread
    8. We add very little mayonnaise, it is simply so that the ingredients stick well in the slices
    9. Add fresh arugula, slices of fresh mozzarella, and diced semi/dried tomatoes
    10. Roll up tightly and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours
    11 when serving, cut and place to form a log, cover with fresh cheese and go over with a fork to simulate the bark of the logs
    Garnish with fresh rosemary and pink pepper.
