How to make a healthy and nutritious salad with tofu

Today we prepare a delicious salad, a very simple recipe to make, we will use healthy ingredients seasoned with a homemade lemon and basil vinaigrette and pink pepper that will give an extra touch of flavor to our salad

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the whole spelled following the instructions recommended on the package,
    2. Once cooked, drain and reserve (it can be cooked in advance and kept in the fridge)
    3. Drain the natural tofu and dry it well with paper, cut it into 1 cm cubes and put it in a bowl, add 50 GR of homemade lemon vinaigrette and mix well, cover and store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (also marinated tofu can be prepared in advance and kept in the fridge, the longer it takes the more flavor it will absorb)
    4. At the bottom of the bowl we place 100 GR of spelled, in the middle 50 GR of tofu and continue putting the other ingredients surrounding the tofu
    5. We finish by adding a generous tablespoon of vinaigrette on top of the ingredients
    6. Good appetite
