Instructions
 

  • 1. Clean and cut the mushrooms
    2. Add the oil and the finely chopped onion in a saucepan and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes (until the onion begins to change color)
    3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes
    3. We regulate salt and pepper
    4. Add the rice and toast it for 3 minutes
    5. We can add a small glass of white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate or continue directly with the homemade vegetable broth
    6. We will add the broth little by little (it is very important that the broth is hot so as not to alter the cooking temperature of the rice)
    7. We will cook the rice for the time indicated on the package, I recommend trying it a couple of minutes before
    8. THE SECRET of a GOOD RISOTTO: turn off the heat, add the foie gras and Parmesan cheese, stir quickly and let the rice relax for 5 minutes without stirring
    Serve and add ground black pepper to taste
