How to make a quick cake at home

Today we prepare a delicious cake with simple and cheap ingredients, very easy and quick to make, ideal for breakfasts and snacks with friends, as an extra ingredient we will use: the AMARETTI DI SARONNO an almond cookie that is usually used in many Italian desserts.

  • 1. In a bowl with high edges, beat the eggs together with the sugar for 1 minute until they begin to have a foamy texture
    2. Add the cubed butter at room temperature and mix for 1 minute until the butter is fully incorporated
    3. Next, add the oat milk and the crushed amaretti di Saronno cookies with a mortar so that there are various textures and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
    4. We continue incorporating the sifted flour, the yeast for dessert and continue mixing with a spatula until we get a foamy and homogeneous dough
    5. Flour an 18 cm diameter tart pan with butter and flour, fill with our dough
    6. Bake at 180º /364 Fahrenheit 30-35 minutes with heat up and down
    7. remove from the oven, wait for it to cool down, unmold, add with icing sugar
