    6. We knead quickly adding the flour little by little
    7. We form some elongated rolls
    8. Cut into 1 cm pieces
    9. Melt butter with fresh sage in a large pan
    10. Cook the gnocchi in salted water for 1-2 minutes until they rise and begin to float
