How to make potato gnocchi / gnocchi with easy cheese sauce

The colored GNOCCHI are a very easy and quick first course to make!! We will prepare it with a very light mascarpone cheese sauce that will add creaminess to the sauce and will let us notice the flavor of each color 😋

TIP: I recommend you make the potato gnocchi in advance and have it frozen so that on the desired day you only have to cook it and enjoy this delicious pasta recipe 👨‍🍳

  • 1. Cook the gnocchi in plenty of water (they will be ready when they start to float)
    2. In a saucepan add the mascarpone cheese with a little of the cooking water from the gnocchi and mix with a whisk until you get a creamy sauce
    3. Drain and sauté the gnocchi in the sauce
    4. Plate and finish with pistachio granola
