Today we are preparing a delicious PIZZA / CALZONE with FLAVORS from GREECE, we will use a fermented dough for 24 hours in the fridge, instead of the tomato we will use the famous Greek sauce TZATZIKI and we will finish filling with MEDITERRANEAN INGREDIENTS.

  • 1. Sprinkle 1 250 GR ball of dough, already fermented and ready for use, with corn grits and roll it out with your hands or with a rolling pin until you get a circle with a diameter of 30 centimeters
    2. Gently transfer the dough onto a parchment paper suitable for baking
    3. Place in one half, TZATZIKI sauce, cheese, mozzarella, pitted KALAMATAS OLIVES, tomatoes, cherry cut in half and previously baked for 15 minutes, red onion, tomato powder and fresh basil
    4. Fold in half and close the edges very well so that during baking our calzone inflates well and is very beautiful
    5. Bake on a STONE for 11/12 minutes at 240 °C / 464 °F6. We will take out our calzone, add tzatziki sauce, cherrys, onion, fresh basil and sun-dried tomato powder
