  • 1. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
    2. We begin to beat at the minimum speed and we will increase the speed progressively until we get a smooth sauce without lumps.
    3. We will keep our sauce in the fridge for a maximum of 5 days
    4. It is important that it is always covered with a thin layer of oil so that our sauce does not turn brown and maintains its bright green color.
    5. We can freeze for 3 months (we will defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours before using)
    6. Before using, if the sauce is very thick, it can be mixed with a little of the hot water used to cook the pasta.
