Instructions
 

  • 1. We heat a pot with plenty of water and salt
    2. Finely chop the onion and fry it with extra virgin olive oil
    3. Add the canned anchovies with a little of the pasta cooking water (we will notice that the anchovies melt with the heat) we continue cooking over low heat.
    4. clean and cut the broccoli, separating the tougher inner part into small pieces and the outer part of the florets and cook them in hot salty water
    5. Drain the broccoli al dente and add it to the sauce and continue cooking over low heat
    6. In the same cooking water as the broccoli we cook the pasta
    7. Drain the pasta al dente, sauté it with the sauce, adding a little cooking water if necessary
    8. We serve in a fountain and finish with a thread of extra virgin oil and the golden sesame
