  • 1. Peel the garlic cloves and fry them in a large pan with the oil, when they start to change color to light brown, remove them.
    2. Add the clams previously purified and cleaned of sand, sauté over high heat and add the white wine, continue cooking for 1 minute.
    3. Remove from the heat, add the Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
    4. With a strainer we separate the juice from the clams (we reserve the clams and if there is any impurity or piece of shell we throw it away)
    5. Cook the pasta for 1 minute less than the indicated time (al dente)
    6. We put it in the pan and sauté with the juice of the clams and the chopped parsley for 1 minute so that the pasta absorbs all the flavor
    7. Plate and place the clams on top of the pasta and finish with a thread of Oil.
