Today we prepare a homemade pizza dough kneaded by hand, a very easy and quick recipe to make.
By making a controlled fermentation in the fridge, it allows us to organize our free time more easily, by having our dough and ingredients ready when we arrive, just by turning on the oven and stretching the dough we will have a delicious lunch or dinner ready in less than 1 hour.
