How to prepare mango, avocado, raspberry and hazelnut tartar

The mango, avocado and raspberry tartar is a very healthy, tasty and refreshing recipe, ideal to put in the center of the table to share, its preparation is very easy and fast and we can give it our personal touch by adding aromatic herbs or seasonings / vinaigrettes that we like the most and accompany it with pieces of homemade focaccia or toast.

  • 1. Cut the mango and avocados into very small cubes and add them to a container along with the raspberries cut in 1/4 (if we like it spicy we can add jalapeños)
    2. Add a pinch of Maldon salt and the juice of 1/2 lime and 2 tablespoons of coconut vinaigrette, mix, cover and put in the fridge for 1 hour so that all the flavors meld.
    3. Before serving, add toasted hazelnuts and mix. 4. Place a steel ring in the middle of a plate and fill with a spoon, squeezing a little to make it compact.
    5. Unmold and decorate with fresh bean sprouts, coconut sauce and serve with toast or homemade focaccia.
