This vinaigrette / dressing is ideal for dressing our recipes for vegetable or pasta salads, grilled dishes: white fish or chicken and many more, it will give our recipes an aromatic and fresh touch with sparkle.

  • 1. Put the oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and the pink and black peppercorns in the blender.
    2. We will beat at minimum speed for 30-40 seconds (we will notice that it begins to emulsify)
    3. We try the sauce that is to our liking
    4. Cut the basil very finely and add it to a glass jar along with the lemon zest and fresh thyme
    5. Cover with the oil and lemon emulsion
    6. let our vinaigrette rest for a couple of hours so that the flavors meld and it will be ready to use
    7. We can keep our vinaigrette in the fridge for a maximum of 5 days (before using, remove the desired amount and leave it at room temperature 15 minutes beforehand)
