Today we are preparing a delicious GARBANZO HUMMUS ideal to have as an appetizer accompanied by HOMEMADE FOCACCIA or fresh vegetables from the garden cut into sticks.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Put in a blender: the cooked chickpeas, water, garlic, lemon juice, golden sesame seeds, salt, oil and blend until you get a smooth cream without lumps
    2. Pour the hummus into a bowl, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, sun-dried tomato powder and a teaspoon of seed mix.
    3. Serve cold or at room temperature
