How to make pistachio tiramisu

Pistachios are one of my favorite nuts, today we are going to use them to prepare a TIRAMISU WITH PISTACHIO CREAM, an equally delicious version of the original

Instructions
 

  • 1. We start preparing the cream: we beat the mascarpone cheese with the cream in a bowl with an electric mixer
    2. After 1 minute, add the pistachio cream, mix well, store the cream in a disposable piping bag and reserve in the fridge
    3. We dip the Savoiardo biscuits in cold coffee (it is advisable to do it 1 hour before and store it in the fridge, we will adjust the intensity of the coffee to our liking)
    TIPS: this recipe is the non-alcoholic version, if you like you can add a shot of rum to the coffee
    4. Place the first layer of biscuits with the sugar side down in the chosen source to prepare our tiramisu
    5. Cut the tip of our piping bag and make buttons the size of a walnut of cream on top of the biscuits
    6. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios
    7. We make the second layer of Biscuits with coffee and finish with more cream and pistachios
    8. Store in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours before enjoying it
