  • 1. Heat plenty of salt water
    1.1 Drain and reserve the burratas at room temperature so that they cool down and we can fully enjoy their flavor
    2. When the water is boiling add the pasta, stirring from time to time, cook for the time indicated on the package (pasta al dente)
    3. While it is cooking, heat our homemade pistachio pesto sauce in a large pan with a little of the pasta cooking water.
    4. Drain the pasta al dente
    5. We sauté the pasta in the pan, if necessary we can add a little more water from cooking the pasta to bind the sauce better.
    6. We serve, decorate with cut tricolor cherry tomatoes, the burrata in the middle and sprinkle with pistachio granola
    9. Good appetite
