We are in autumn mushrooms season and to celebrate it we are going to prepare a very tasty and very easy to prepare seasonal vegetarian recipe, a good plate of fresh pasta with porcini, a classic Italian recipe, ideal to enjoy a holiday with family or friends .

  • 1. Clean the soil from the foot of the mushrooms with a knife and remove the remains of leaves and soil with a damp cloth.

  • 2. We cut into slices with a thickness of 0.5-1 cm.
    3. Heat plenty of salt water.
    4. In a large frying pan, dissolve the butter over low heat. As soon as it has melted, add the oil and a whole peeled clove of garlic and wait for it to heat up again.
    5. Add the ceps, regulate salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    6. Once ready, remove the garlic and reserve.
    7. When the water is boiling add the pasta, stirring from time to time, cook for the time indicated on the package (pasta al dente).
    8. Drain the pasta and sauté it together with the ceps, add chopped parsley and grated Parmesan, if necessary we can add a little of the pasta cooking water to bind the sauce better.
    9. Add chopped parsley and Parmesan.
    10. Serve and enjoy
