  • 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water
    2. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sage and finely chopped rosemary and cook over low heat for 5 minutes
    3. Drain the pasta al dente (reserve a little of the pasta cooking water), sauté it with the flavored butter, add a little cooking water and butter the pasta with circular movements, in this way the pasta will release gluten and dry out. will create a delicious sauce.
    4. We plate and finish with fried pizza sticks and Parmesan
