The sauce with fresh basil is a condiment that is prepared very quickly, NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH PESTO, this sauce is used to decorate dishes and add in small portions in recipes that we want to highlight an intense flavor of basil and A BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT GREEN COLOR.
TIP: to obtain a bright green color, you have to submerge the basil leaves in boiling water for 2 seconds and then cool them in ice water.
We can keep it in a container in the fridge for 3 days or we can keep it vacuum-packed for 10 days or freeze it.
