  • 1. Cut a 13x13 cm square from our homemade focaccia, cut it in half so that there are 2 pieces with the same thickness
    2. In one half we distribute fresh tomato cut into thin slices, buffalo mozzarella (2 small of 75 GR or 1 large of 125) broken by hand, GREEN AND BLACK OLIVES without bone, 1 thread of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch salt to taste
    3. Place the other half of the focaccia on top and cut with a serrated knife in a triangle
