How to make focaccia with cheese

Today we prepare it FOCACCIA / PIZZA BREAD, with a white base: WITHOUT TOMATO.

There is nothing better than a good FOCACCIA with CHEESE fresh out of the oven, ideal to serve as an appetizer or replace classic bread.

We can also take advantage of any type of focaccia made previously and when it is time to heat it we add mozzarella and gratin.

  • 1. We cook our focaccia dough, when there are 2 minutes left from the indicated cooking time, we take it out of the oven and add the mozzarella
    2. Bake on the grill until the mozzarella has dissolved
    3. Cut and serve hot

    TIPS this recipe is ideal to take advantage of any type of focaccia or bread made previously, when it is time to heat it we will add the mozzarella and cook au gratin for 4/5 minutes
