Today we prepare it FOCACCIA / PIZZA BREAD, with a white base: WITHOUT TOMATO.
There is nothing better than a good FOCACCIA with CHEESE fresh out of the oven, ideal to serve as an appetizer or replace classic bread.
We can also take advantage of any type of focaccia made previously and when it is time to heat it we add mozzarella and gratin.
