  • 1. We cut a square of our focaccia about 10 cm and cut it diagonally to obtain 2 triangles
    2. We sauté our clean mushrooms in a hot pan with a tablespoon of oil and a whole clove of garlic for 1 minute (they have to be al dente), adjust salt and ground black pepper.
    3. We distribute a tablespoon of ricotta and place the hot mushrooms on top.
