How to make crunchy and creamy burrata with pesto

Today we are preparing a delicious starter, we will use a CRUNCHY MOZZARELLA / BURRATA with PESTO and a creamy heart, we will batter it 2 times and fry it in extra-virgin olive oil until we get a crispy crust, we will serve it with a HOMEMADE PESTO sauce

  • 1. We put a saucepan with plenty of oil to heat
    2. Take the burrata out of the fridge and drain the conservation liquid
    3. Dip the burrata in flour, beaten egg, and a mixture of panko—corn—breadcrumbs, and dehydrated and ground dried tomato
    4. We repeat the batter one more time so that it is a nice and delicious crunchy
    5. Fry until we get a golden batter
    6. At the bottom of the plate we put our special HOMEMADE PESTO sauce (depending on the season of the year it can be cold or hot)
    7. We place our burrata in the middle
