  • 1. With a kitchen robot we knead all the ingredients together for 6/7 minutes (if we knead by hand the time will be longer 12/13 minutes) the resulting dough will have to be smooth, without lumps
    2. We dump the dough on the table and divide it into 16 equal parts (55 / 60 GR each)
    3. With our hands we form an elongated cylinder and close it forming a round circle and place each donut on top of a square of baking paper

  • 4. Cover and leave to ferment until doubled in volume (if the room temperature is below 22 ¬įC / 71 ¬įF I recommend fermenting in the oven with the light on)
    5. Fry in abundant oil (we will introduce the donuts with the paper in the oil to maintain their shape, the paper will come off immediately and we can remove it)

  • 6. We turn it over and fry until we get a nice brown color (5/6 minutes)
    7. Drain on absorbent paper
    8. Sprinkle with icing sugar
