Instructions
 

  • 1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and nectarines
    2. Add the Cherry tomatoes of various colors cut in half and the nectarines in half centimeter squares in a bowl.
    3. Add a teaspoon of balsamic reduction, mix and reserve in the fridge for 1 hour so that the flavors meld
    4. Drain the mozzarella pearls with the help of a sieve and add them to the tomatoes
    5. We put our salad in a bowl, add cashew nuts, 1 fresh basil leaf and finish with our homemade balsamic reduction of Modena
