  • 1. Mix all the ingredients by hand in a bowl or with a food processor until you get a smooth dough without lumps (with a food processor 2 minutes / by hand 5 minutes)
    2. We form 25 small balls the size of a walnut, we distribute it in 1 or 2 baking trays lined with parchment paper.
    3. With your finger, lightly press the middle of the balls
    4. Bake in a static oven (heat up and down) at 170 °C / 338°F for 10/11 minutes
    5. Remove from the oven, let them cool
    6. Fill a pastry bag with hazelnut cream and fill the hole in the cookies, finishing with a toasted hazelnut
