How to make pizza at home with arugula and mozzarella

Today we are preparing a delicious thin and crispy PIZZA ON THE STONE with a fermented dough for 24 hours in the fridge, we will serve it with wild rocket, mozzarella and Parma ham

Instructions
 

  • 1. We take our dough with fermentation of 24/36h from the fridge and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature
    2. With the help of a pizza spatula we remove the dough from the fermentation vat
    3. Sprinkle generously with corn grits and roll out with your hands until you get a 28/30 centimeter disk
    4. We distribute homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella
    5. Bake for 5/6 minutes at 250 掳C /482 掳F on a special stone for ovens
    6. We take out our pizza and add in the middle the buffalo mozzarella, arugula, Parma ham and finish with a thread of extra virgin olive oil
